  • This is a remote trek, away from the tourist trails and deep into the forests and high pastures to the base of the sacred, beautiful fluted peak of Machupachare.

This trek offers the opportunity to escape Nepal’s tourist trails, to venture into the deep forests and roam the high alpine pastures to the base of the sacred, fluted peak of Machapuchare. The emphasis of this trek is on the forest and wilderness zones, combined with a sense of exploration. We ascend through Hindu villages and pristine forests (magnolia, oak and rhododendron) to the superb alpine campsite at Guhe for sweeping panoramic views of the Annapurna Range. Forays to the base of Machapuchare provide a further highlight before a delightful return through Gurung villages to Pokhar

Fund Raising Tip

The key is to tap into your different networks, friends, family and the broader community and to try different ways of fundraising. From running a BBQ day, to hosting a movie night in local cinema, or an afternoon tea or fun dinner event. We also have a Facebook group just for our team members. Here, people share ideas and feedback on their fundraising. Plus our fundraising booklet with many fundraising ideas and how to make these super duper effective
